› ZIVAI ACADEMY
The founding story.
Miriro founded Zivai Academy after watching brilliant students graduate into rooms nobody had prepared them for. Zivai — Shona for “learn” — is a set of experiences, workshops and speaking engagements that meet young people where they are and get them ready for where they are going.
In three years, Zivai has reached more than 1,500 students across Harare high schools — running leadership summits, financial-literacy days and mentorship circles that don’t sound like a lecture and don’t leave anyone behind.
